DCS has achieved recommendation for certification to the new Quality Management Standard – ISO 9001:2015. The accolade denotes the level of service reached which is benchmarked according to an international standard of excellence.
The ISO 9001:2015 Standard sets out the framework for effective quality management systems and includes major clauses on leadership, risk based approach, interested parties, people and measurement and analysis.
