This site consists of a ground floor, 1st floor and roof plant room. The building had a change of use and the amount of water used was minimal. Although water temperatures were satisfactory across site, water sampling highlighted that the Legionella bacteria was found within the water system.

DCS have a long service agreement with a prominent University in the Midlands. As with any established University they site water systems are extremely varied and in some areas out of date.

DCS has strong ties with an Academy who have various schools nationwide. One such school, established in 1952, was seen to have very poor water services within its building.

DCS have been servicing a large comprehensive school in Yorkshire for many years. This school compromises of various buildings with a variety of water systems in each building, in which the Legionella Risk Assessment highlighted the poor quality of all water systems.
